Reunion 10-3-10
What a great time we all had at the reunion this year. About 60 people attended and we all shared our pictures, stories and wonderful memories. Thanks to everyone who attended. See you in 2012!!
1964 john luger the 'guard' lurking in a tree playing country detective. Herbie Schmell (?) who sported a 'six pack' years before the term was coined. Cindy Gutter oh my, posed in the second baseball field for b&w swim suit photos ... very proper(!) Magical days, star filled nights.
Seena, Woody, Shelly S, Dennis, Shelly U, Ronnie, Keith, Randy, Stu, Kenny and Greg
Alan Reiffe
Isn't he cute?
Sometime in the '50's- from Alan Reiffe
I don't know the year the "Camp" picture was taken but the photographer was Ira Grossman (a Toro adult old-timer). Don't remember everyone in the picture but going across from the top left - first person is Butch (second from bottom right in Pajama Game photo - I don't remember his last name). The middle counselor is Murry Cohen. The third camper to his left is Richie Ravner and to his left is Jimmy Miller. Bottom row second from left is Alan Adler. The second camper to his left if Michael Gilbert and I'm next to Michael. The third camper to my left is Eddie Haimowitz. Can anyone fill in the blanks? Bottom row first camper on the left is Bobby or Michael (?) Ganz.
Toro Hill Staff- 1968- from Alan Reiffe
The Staff photo was obviously taken in 1968 and my wife Helene and I will take a stab at all of the people in the photo, starting with the top left. Uncle Marvin, Debbie Gilbert, Marty Farber, Larry Fuchsman, Aunt Harriet, Scwartz (?), Freddie Drexler, my wife Helene Hoch, unknown, and Sol Bear. Middle row from the left - Barbara Heilweil, Paul Davidson, Skolnick, Brian Blinderman, Paul Levin, DIane??, the rest of the row is unknown. Bottom row from the left - Arlene Levy, Cindy Gutter, Kathy Gluck, Barbara??, Ellen Edelstein, Linda Schnitzer
